We recognise that once you have ordered your goods you will be desperate to get them home to play!!! In most instances your order will be despatched on the first business day after your payment is received.
Whilst we endeavour to keep the online store as up-to-date as possible, there may be items that are out of stock when we receive your order. We do not currently operate a backorder system - if an item is out of stock at the time you order, you will need to re-order at a later date. Note that newly introduced items are often difficult to restock at short notice.
We try our best to ensure that the packaging we use protects your papers and embellishments, etc., and always send goods out in pristine condition. However, we cannot accept liability for items damaged in transit. In this instance, you must contact the post office. It is useful if you photograph visibly damaged packaging before opening.
Goods that are faulty or not as described can, of course, be returned. Please contact us for a return authorisation number. If you are not happy with your purchase please contact us as soon as possible. We will accept the return of items, provided that they are still in their original packaging and unused. Such items should be returned to us within 7 days and you, the customer, are responsible for the postage costs
